as we travel to New Orleans for the 29th Annual Essence Festival from June 29th - July 3, 2022. This year we will be offering hotel/party bus packages departing from Atlanta and hotel only packages. Hotel accommodations will be provided by the New Orleans Marriott located at 555 Canal Street. The hotel is located within walking distance of Bourbon Street, the Caesars Superdome and the Convention Center.

Party Bus

This year's party bus will feature individual outlets, wifi, reclining seats, flat screen televisions and climate controlled seating. If you've enjoyed our previous trips you definitely don't want to miss this one!

 Marriott New Orleans Hotel:

  • Perfectly situated within walking distance to the French Quarter, New Orleans Convention Center, the Superdome, and major points of interest.

  • (2 beds per room) Double Bed accommodations

  • Canal Street Burger Bar, Canal Street Pantry and 55 Fahrenheit restaurant and bars are located on site

Fees & Payment Schedule:

Essence Festival concert tickets are not included in the price.*
Due to the New Orleans special event policy refunds will only be given for hotel accommodations if the festival is cancelled. There will be no refunds given for hotel or motor coach cancellations under any other circumstances. If you choose to cancel you will forfeit your reservation and deposit.

  • Depart Atlanta, June 29th at 7:00am, estimated arrival in New Orleans 3:00pm*.

  • Depart New Orleans, July 3rd at 8:00am, estimated arrival in Atlanta 4:00pm*.

* Times May differ depending on traffic conditions.

Double Occupancy: $925.00 per person
Triple Occupancy:    $725.00 per person
Quad Occupancy:   $650.00 per person

Prior to payment, please read the following:  Payment means you understand and agree with the terms.  All purchases are non-refundable.  No refunds will be issued regardless of transportation, issues due to illness, death, testing positive for covid-19 prior to the trip, any covid-19 related issues, canceled or delayed flights and/or problems with any other means of transportation.  To protect your investment, please purchase travel insurance.

Roundtrip party bus only packages available for $300 per person

1st Deposit Payment of $150 per person is required by November 15th to secure your transportation and/or hotel.

Deposit Schedule:

Deposit 1:     $150 per person due November 15, 2022
Deposit 2:     $250 per person due January 15, 2023
Deposit 3:     $250 per person due February 15, 2023
Deposit 4:     $250 per person due March 15, 2023
Deposit 5:     $250 per person due April 15, 2023
