Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Purchases
 

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Travel Revolution you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase

Reservations, Deposit and Final Payment

​

An initial first deposit is required for all new reservations. After you make your first deposit, you are required to make payments based upon the deposit schedule. If you can not make a monthly payment please email us, your reservation may be cancelled after failure to make two consecutive payments. Please note that it is your responsibility to be sure your roommate for your selected travel event is also making their monthly payments. All payments made to Travel Revolution, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. No Refunds will be offered on any packages.  All final payment dates are noted on the page of the event that you have selected. It is your responsibility to be sure payments arrive to us on or before that date. If you are paying late, you must send your request by email and give us the date you will make your late payment. If you fail to make your final payment by the final payment date, your reservation will automatically cancel and all previous deposits will forfeit. If you see a travel event you would like to participate in, you can make your first payment at anytime even if it is in the middle of a payment schedule, provided that space is still available. PayPal is our preferred method of payment. We also accept payments by phone, which will require you to submit a credit card authorization form along with your ID and a copy of the credit card.

*Travel Revolution is not responsible for providing alternative travel arrangements or refunds for clients that are denied entry into a country or that are not allowed to board a flight. If a client is required to quarantine Travel Revolution is not responsible for providing alternative lodging or travel arrangements for our clients. It is up to you to complete any required documentation and testing before and during travel. Travel Revolution is not responsible for providing transportation to covid testing centers and the testing fees are not included in our price quotes. Refunds for deposits or payments will not be issued under any circumstance. We highly advise our clients to purchase travel protection*

Airline Name Changes 

 

Any name change including minor spelling corrections may require airline reservations to be canceled and rebooked. Reservations are subject to current availability and pricing at the time of rebooking. Once airline tickets are issued, subsequent name corrections will be subject to an airline rebooking fee which may be as much as the full value of the airline ticket plus a $50 revision fee per change. Travel Revolution will not be held responsible for the denial of services by a carrier due to any name discrepancy. Name changes must be advised in writing at info@atravelrevolution.com

Refunds

 

All payments to Travel Revolution, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Travel Revolution, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

Subscriptions

 

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring billing cycle.

Other Terms

​

Travel Revolution, LLC reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as tour participant, and to make changes and substitutes in any itinerary of its group travel as it deems necessary for the comfort, safety, or the convenience of the group travel participants and the proper carrying out of the event, and to withdraw any or all tours announced in this program should conditions warrant. If a tour is cancelled, a full refund of all monies paid to the company by the participant will constitute full settlement. Please report any disability requiring special attention to Travel Revolution, LLC at the time the reservation is made. Travel Revolution, LLC will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but we are not responsible in the event it is unable to do so nor are we responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. The Americans with Disabilities Act is only applicable within the United States and facilities for disabled individuals are limited outside its borders. Most transportation services, including the touring motor coach, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We are not able to provide individual assistance to a vacation participant for walking, dining, getting on and off motor coaches and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance and must assume full responsibility for their well-being. The passenger assumes the full risk of use and of any prohibitions imposed by vendors. Generally motorized scooters are not suitable on international tours. Smoking is not allowed on transportation or in most hotel rooms that are used by Travel Revolution, LLC.

 

Identification Requirements

A valid passport is required to travel outside the United States. The passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the conclusion of your trip. You should apply and obtain a passport in advance for any group travel outside the United States. Most airlines require us to submit your Passport information to them 60 days before travel. Please be sure that your passport arrives in time for your trip. If you are traveling on one of our group cruises, you can travel with a certified birth certificate and government issued identification. The accommodations listed with our group travel packages are intended to be used with each tour. If changes become necessary for any reason, the accommodations substituted will be equivalent in standard to those shown. Unless requested otherwise, we will book non-smoking rooms. Travel Revolution,LLC is not responsible for time changes made by the airlines, bus conductor and railways. Flight time and seat assignments are solely at the discretion of the airlines. Hotel room location is also the sole discretion of the hotel. Requests can be made but are not guaranteed. Baggage fees of the airlines are not included in our package prices. If you decide to check baggage you must pay this fee directly to the airline. The carriers, accommodations and other suppliers providing services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees of Travel Revolution, LLC.  Travel Revolution, LLC assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity by reason of (1) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of its suppliers, (2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of these suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated, or used by any of these suppliers, or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of Travel Revolution, LLC, or (5) acts of God.

Changes

​

We reserve the right, at our discretion to modify or replace these Terms at any times. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Photographic release

 

TRAVEL REVOLUTION may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants grant TRAVEL REVOLUTION permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant.
