A certified birth certificate and government issued photo ID is required by every guest to cruise. Children under the age of 16 are only required to have a certified birth certificate. Minors 16 and up are required to have a school ID or state issued ID along with a certified birth certificate. A cruise information sheet is required to be completed by each guest in order to book your cruise. If you would like to add travel insurance please make note of it on your form.

CRUISE TRAVEL POLICY:

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

• All of your payments to Cruises and Tours Unlimited and Travel Revolution, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport/birth certificate. A passport is not required to travel however each guest must have a passport or a certified birth certificate to board the ship.

• Prices are subject to change without notice and rates will not be locked in until deposits are paid.

• Each guest will be forwarded a cruise information sheet to complete upon the receipt of your first deposit payment.

• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.

• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable is also making timely monthly payments.
